Mommy and Me Ballet class:
A fun and interactive introduction to the world of dance, designed for children ages 1.5–2.5 to enjoy alongside their mom. This class focuses on exploring movement together while introducing early ballet fundamentals in a playful, age-appropriate way.
Through gentle stretches, simple ballet positions, and creative dance games, children begin developing coordination, balance, and body awareness. With the support and presence of mom, little dancers gain confidence as they learn to follow instructions, move to music, and express themselves through movement.
Together, grown-ups and children will practice basic ballet steps, explore rhythm and tempo, and enjoy imaginative exercises that promote physical development and bonding. This class is an excellent way to support your child’s growth while sharing the joy of dance side by side.
Class time is from 9:30-10:00am on Thursday.
