The Facility

The Raleigh School of Ballet facility was designed and built specifically for dance training in 1991. High ceilings in the three spacious studios lend a sense of airiness while the sprung floors provide the resilience necessary for healthy dance training. Each studio is equipped with a set of full-length mirrors and sturdy two-tiered barres. In addition, observation windows and glass doors allow for viewing classes from the lobby. In warm months the large front porch offers a choice spot for students and parents alike and in colder weather the lounge provides a comfortable waiting area. A kitchen area, equipped with refrigerator and microwave, is available for students’ use, and separate dressing rooms for males and females are provided.
