Our homeschoolers program at Raleigh School of Ballet offers a unique and enriching experience for children of all ages. From our pre-ballet classes for young children to our leveled program for older students, we provide a well-rounded curriculum that focuses on developing strong technique, musicality, and artistic expression.
Our students age 7 and up have the opportunity to audition and perform in our fall and spring productions with Raleigh Dance Theater, as well as participate in our spring performance. Performing in front of an audience helps children build confidence, overcome fears, and develop important skills such as focus, memory, and concentration.
In addition to dance classes, we also offer fun social events throughout the year, such as parents’ night out, birthday parties, and volunteering opportunities. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive community where children can learn, grow, and express themselves through the art of dance.

Mommy & Me: for ages: 1.5-2.5
Through easy stretches, basic ballet moves, and fun games, children start to build coordination, balance, and body awareness. With mom by their side, little dancers grow more confident as they learn to follow direction, move to music, and express themselves through dance!
